It is important to us all at Technowash ltd that our
relationship with Customers does not end simply on delivery of the
machine.
We aim to turn this initial relationship into a
longstanding partnership, and provide our customers with back up
and technical support wherever needed.
To achieve this we have in place a dedicated team of highly
trained staff , always on standby to deal with any After Sales
Care and Requirements.
We effectively deal with any queries or concerns
that may arise in the initial stages of operation, or at any time
during the lifespan of the machine, as well as provide
comprehensive Service Packages and Spare Parts.
We understand that downtime costs money and as such aim
to work alongside you to ensure that this does not happen.
Spares & Detergents
Our After Sales Team carries a full and comprehensive stock of
Spare parts and Detergents suitable for machines of all makes and
models.
In addition our staff are on hand to help and advise with any
problems that customers may be experiencing.

Warranty Issues:
As standard all new machines come with a years warranty. We
have a dedicated team of on-site Engineers based up and down
to country, ready to call out to site to sort problems as quickly
and effectively as possible.
All our Engineers carry standard stock parts so warranty issues
are nearly always fixed on the first visit. In addition our After
Sales team are always on hand to provide comprehensive advice and
support over the phone.
Service Contracts:
To prolong the lifespan of your machinery, it makes sense to
take out a Technowash ltd Service Contract. We have tailored
packages to suit all types of application, and can adjust these to
suit your work schedule. We know that downtime costs money, so
strive to work with customers to ensure that machines are well
taken care of, and ultimately effortless cleaning results are
achieved time after time.
Choose from one of our 3 star, 4 star or 5 star packages, which
all include a full Engineers report. This will provide you with a
detailed analysis of the work carried out, and crucially
highlights for you any future potential issues. Essentially with a
Technowash Service Contract, issues can be sorted out BEFORE
they become a problem.
