Technowash’s range of bench top and industrial standalone ultrasonic cleaning tanks have been designed to clean various small and intricate component parts.

Cleanex and Cleanmax ultrasonic cleaners are the preferred solution over spray washers offering a high standard of ultrasonic cleaning for parts such as aerospace pressings and castings, small intricate parts, electrical parts, jewellery, musical instruments, dental and medical equipment.

Analogue or full digital control panel versions are available with fully adjustable process cycle timers (0-60 minutes), fluid temperature control (0 – 80ºC) and low fluid level shut off.

A unique three position power adjustment control setting is fi tted as standard (50% - 75% - 99%) to suit the specific application in hand and to ensure that just the right amount of ultrasonic power is used to achieve the desired results.

Stainless steel mesh component baskets and lift on/off lids come as standard.

Standard fluid tank capacities range from 8 – 28 litres for the Cleanex range and 25 – 160 litres for the Cleanmax range.
