Custom Built Machines

As well as producing a comprehensive range of standard design degreasing systems, Technowash’s highly successful custom design and build department provide customers with highly specialised machines designed and built to a detailed specification and purpose.

Our design team initially discusses and agrees the technical brief for the particular cleaning process. We then present a concept for a bespoke degreasing system, produce a design, manufacture the equipment from in-house detailed drawings, run machine proving trials and customer acceptance tests and then deliver, install, commission and train the customers staff to operate the Bespoke machine.

This full turn-key solution offers a package from design concept right through to full installation commissioning and operator training services.
